We had a great communication with Sarah at Hophouse Villa! Originally, we had booked The Hop House, but it was agreed with Sarah that we would stay in The Tack Room instead, all at the same price. Sarah gave us clear instructions on how to find it from a specific point, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The Tack Room was absolutely perfect for our self-catered holiday. The location was lovely and peaceful, with plenty of parking. The villa itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and cosy. Each bedroom had its own en suite, and the mattresses were really comfy. We found it to be a convenient location for attending a wedding at Bredenbury Court Barns. we had an amazing find and would definitely recommend Hophouse Villa to others. It's a place we would consider staying at again in the future.

My recent stay at The Hop House was absolutely perfect. Sarah, the host, provided great communication and made sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The Tack Room, where I stayed, was a lovely and peaceful self-catered holiday home. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a cozy stay. The location was convenient for me, as I was attending a wedding at Bredenbury Court Barns. The fact that all the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms was a bonus, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. this was an amazing find and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

While the Wi-Fi was available, the connection was not always reliable. Also, it would have been nice to have a welcoming hamper upon arrival, especially since there are no nearby shops.

Great value for the money! The Tack Room at Hophouse was perfect - clean, cosy, and spacious. The location was lovely and peaceful, with plenty of parking. The staff, especially Sarah, were fantastic with communication and made check-in and out a breeze. Plus, it was conveniently located for the wedding we attended. Definitely a hidden gem!

Breakfast delights! It would have been great to have the option of a pre-arrival hamper or information about nearby food delivery services.

Stayed at a place with "free WiFi" but had trouble connecting. Sat in the "seating area" watching a "flat-screen TV" that had a signal as reliable as my ex-boyfriend. Very amusing.

So glad I got a room with a "tile/marble floor". Who needs a carpet anyway, right?

I was a bit disappointed that there were no cooking facilities in the room, even though we booked a room with a kitchen. The limited space for catering was cramped and there were no spoons provided.
